Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 9:00 – 5:00. We are on call weekends and evenings for emergencies. How long is application process?
Usually, our process takes 24 to 72 hours. We work on the first come first serve basis.
We only work on one application at a time per address and once it is approved, we
cancel all others for that address or if denied move to the next in line. No application
fees are taken from your account until your credit has been run.
Requirements?
We at Busy Bee are looking for a credit score of something around 620, no evictions, a
good rental history, proof of income, (3x the amount of rent) Government/state issued
identification card or drivers licenses. (with picture no Military ID) EVERYONE over 18
MUST apply. If you are Married, please use the Co-Applicant as it will provide a place
for both parties. Email, phone numbers, social, birth dates, last addresses, employer
with phone number, emergency contact (not your spouse), someone not living with you.
When is rent due?
Rent is Due on the first of every month. The Tenant Landlord act states we must give 5
days after the due date before adding late fees, or the next business day after a holiday.
Our late fee is 10% of the rent and is added automatedly.
How to Pay Rent?
Our tenants have the option of paying online for their rent. It can take up to 3 days for
the system to process this payment. There is a fee for ANY type of return payment of
$40.00 for any reason. You can also mail a payment to the office. It must be received by
no later than the 5 th at 5pm, or a late fee will be applied. You may come to the office to
pay. We are open Monday – Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. We accept Checks, Cashier’s
checks, money orders. NO CASH is accepted in the office ever. You may also pay by
bank draft from your bank.
Military clause?
Our leases do have a military clause which follows the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act
(SCRA) “Once proper notification has been provided to the landlord, The effective date
of termination for a property lease will be 30 days after your next full monthly payment”.
The deployment must be longer than 90 days or be a permanent change of station
(PCS).
