Thank you for choosing to rent a property through Busy Bee Properties. We have been leasing homes in the Clarksville, Tennessee area for many years and have served hundreds of residents.
Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality of residential services. Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your home. Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 9:00 – 5:00. We are on call weekends and evenings for emergencies. How long is application process?
While we make an effort to do it the same day, it could potentially take up to 24 hours
What are application requirements? (if they can be posted)
All occupants 18 or older must apply. All single occupants are to pay app an application fee. There is one application fee for married couples. We look for the most recent proof of income (2 months), and a copy of an approved photo ID. We look for a minimum of a 620 credit score.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first of the month. Late payments could result in penalties. If not received by the end of the day on the fifth; a 10% late fee is added.
Military clause?
Our leases have a special provision for the military. The lease will be terminated upon official military PCS or deployment orders of ninety (90) days or more. A copy of the orders and a 30 day notice are required to terminate the Lease. The lease will not be terminated unless the spouse is moving out of the Ft. Campbell area
How much is the security deposit?
Deposit could vary, but is normally equal to one month’s rent and is required in order to hold the property for a move in date. Deposits are retained in a separate escrow account as required by state law.
